About Us

Our Founders & Benefactors

Kimberley and Scott Sheffield have been visiting New Mexico for over 60 years from their original home bases in Texas from Lubbock, Midland and Dallas. They have owned property for over 25 years in the Santa Fe and Taos areas. They retired in 2025 and moved to Santa Fe where they love the natural beauty of the outdoors, the fabulous food, amazing history, and the charm of The Land of Enchantment.

They met Eleanor Brenner in 2019 and fell in love with her and her mission of  First Serve to help the students in local schools. They teamed up shortly thereafter to build the headquarters of First Serve New Mexico and the Forked Lightning Racquet Club which opened in October 2025.
