Membership & Dues

At FLRC we are paperless. No statements will be sent out. Members will be required to have a credit card on file for all charges including member dues or any incidental charges incurred through club activities. Club bills will be automatically charged on the first of the month.

Collection of fees will be subject to a 25% charge if credit card is not kept current and could involve suspension of club privileges.

Members will be required to sign a one year contract for membership.

An additional initiation fee is required for reactivating a cancelled membership.

Dues cannot be suspended or memberships put on hiatus.

Memberships are not transferable.

Medical Leave: A member may take “medical leave” for no less than 2 months and no more than 6 months and is required to pay half of their monthly dues while on medical leave.

Membership commitment is for 12 months

Membership auto renews each annual year

If you cancel your membership, you must rejoin with a new initiation fee and will be subject to another 12 month membership commitment
Court Reservations

All courts can be reserved 3 days in advance, beginning at 8:00 AM.

A two-hour notice must be given to cancel a court. Penalties may be imposed for not cancelling a reservation. Indoor courts will be charged the full amount.

Court reservations are forfeited 15 minutes after the reservation time.

Courts can be reserved for no more than 1.5 hours.

Members can drop in and play on an open outdoor court any time during business hours, if a court is available. Members can also play past their reservation, if the court is available (outdoor courts only).
Court & Guest Rules

Members and their guests are required to conduct themselves in a courteous manner and observe proper country club etiquette.

All members and their guests must sign in at the front desk and comply with any fees necessary before taking a court.

Members that do not sign in their guests will be billed for a guest fee. A penalty may be imposed for members who repeatedly do not sign in their guests.

Guests are not permitted unless accompanied by a member.

Proper tennis shoes (flat-soles that will not scuff the court) and attire are required on court.

Players must wear shirts. Proper country club attire is required.

No dogs or pets are allowed on Club grounds, except for trained service animals.
Indoor Court Rules & Fees

Indoor Court Fee will apply.

Guest Fees will be collected at the desk previous to assignment of the court.

Club members must cancel indoor court reservations a minimum of 4 hours previous to their reservation. If the court can be booked by another member within the time frame you will not be charged for the court.

Players may not enter the indoor enclosure prior to their scheduled time.

Players must exit their court and the indoor enclosure promptly at the end of their scheduled time, to allow the next group of players to take the court.

Proper tennis shoes required.
Guest Policies & Fees

Guest Fee will apply.

Members are permitted 4 guests annually.

Guest Fees will apply to any non-members taking a lesson/clinic or using a Tennis Court, Pickleball Court, & Padel and must be accompanied by a member.

Members must sign in their guests and pay any applicable fees at the Front Desk before any use of the facility.
